Open Positions
- Customer Experience Specialist (Remote, Europe) — Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries, resolve order issues, and turn frustrated customers into fans. English required; German, French, or Spanish a plus.
- Performance Marketing Manager (Remote / Hong Kong) — Plan and execute paid social, Google Ads, and affiliate campaigns. Strong analytical skills and 3+ years of e-commerce marketing experience required.
- Product Sourcing Coordinator (Shenzhen / Hong Kong) — Work directly with our manufacturer partners to manage inventory, quality control, and new product launches. Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (Europe-based) — Oversee cross-border shipping, customs compliance, and last-mile delivery. Experience with EU vape/tobacco regulations preferred.
- Full-Stack Web Developer (Remote) — Maintain and extend our WordPress + WooCommerce stack, build custom landing pages, and optimise site performance. PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL required.
