Return Policy
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs once, and no restocking fees will be charged for returned items.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
